Part of the face is a series of psychological portraits presenting how in everyday life we protect ourselves against our surrounding or our problems.
Looking at people, we are not always able to see and experience what they feel. However, when we focus on their look very often we can read what the truth in themselves hides, how they suffer and how hard way they have learnt. In this project I would like to show my glance, some people would say a depressing one, at a human being. I would also like to make people aware that we are never able to tell who someone really is unless we know him and look closely at his life. 
It’s no accident that all the portraits I take are made up close, en face - I want to show that this human and his feelings are the most important here. I asked all the people to cover a part of their face with anything and however they want, because every man has his natural reaction of covering himself that I do not want to change in any way. This covered part is to induce the observer to reflect and try to read the feelings of the person captured at the image.
